Granola Clusters for the Follicular Phase

Delicious, juicy and warming.

Perfect for the first day of your period and all the way through the follicular phase of your cycle. We love to sprinkle over a bowl of fresh fruit and yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 50g Follicular blend (Ground)

  • 200g Oats

  • 50g Almond flakes

  • 60g Cashew (broken or roughly chopped)

  • 1tsp Ginger

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

  • 5 tbsp Honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or rapeseed oil

  • 50g Dried Cranberries

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150C.

  2. Mix the Follicular blend with 150ml of cold water, set aside for 10 minutes

  3. Mix the Oats, almonds, cashews, ginger, and cinnamon together in a large bowl

  4. Add the Follicular blend to the dry ingredients and mix well

  5. Add the Honey (or maple) and oil and stir well

  6. Place on a lined baking tray spread evenly, and bake in the oven for 1 hour 5 mins (after the first 30 minutes, turn the mixture so it can bake evenly)

  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before adding the dried cranberries

  8. Store in an airtight container
